Product Description
Compared with traditional scaffolding, QILI suspended platform is scientific in design, rational in structure. It is convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and high efficiency. It is widely used for exterior construction of high-rise building, bridge construction, chimney construction, window cleaning, inspection and maintenance, curtain wall installation and facade decoration and so on.
Suspended platform is mainly composed of suspension mechanism system, lifting platform, hoist motors, safety locks, electric control system, working steel wire ropes, safe wire ropes, counter weights, hanging weights and other accessories and connecting parts.
Rated load of the platform is 500 kg to 1000 kg, the working height and voltage can be adjusted to your need, Lifting speed is can be 8.3 m/min to 9.6 m/min. The suspension mechanism system can be adjusted to complicated buildings in different height.
Three kinds of materials optional: steel painted, steel galvanized, and aluminum alloy. The standard dimension of platform is 2m*3 sections or
2.5 m* 3 sections in length, 0.69 m in width, and 1.3 m in height, also size can be customized according to your need.

Reasons to use suspended scaffolding
- Cantilevers: Walk through stirrups allow a platform to extend past the suspension point.
- Speed: Swing stage motors provide quick access up and down a building.
- Reliability: The hoist Using the alpha structure, the reliability of the hoist is high, and the service life is long.
- Flexibility: It's easy to change the length of a platform, Modular stages are quick and easy to assemble. The suspension mechanism is applicable to different types of roofs and conveniently to delivery.
- Corners: 30, 45 or 90 deg corners are no problem. Two safety ropes are set independently. The suspended platform is set with safety locks. When the platform goes acclivitous, the safety locks will lock the wire ropes to ensure the safety of the operator and the machine.
- Capacity: Modular stages are lightweight with high load capacity.
